I really like Amanda's, Michelle's and Laura's reviews. Peter Rosovsky has reviewed this Matt Rees novel in the Philadelphia Inq. this weeek, I posted a link at Friend Feed. I have to confess that I bought a copy of the Mary Gentle book a year or two ago, but eventually, daunted by its incredible length, I gave it away. I rather regret that now, after reading Amanda's review.
